acabei de comprar uma cyclone box, fiz a instalação tudo certinho, + quando abro o programa aparece a seguinte mensagem:
( box has failed one or more selftests diagnostics. this may be temporary failue, or permament hw damage. contact support if any problem with using this device will occur. )

e na tela do programa isso :
