Minha bb5 esta dando este erro

Ao tentar desbloque 5200 testei outro e da na mesma

estou com um 5200 versao 4.72 da claro fiz uprade para versao 5.00 nao desbloqueia ne a pa jau tentei umas 50vezes com gnd sem gnd e nada so da unlock fail .alguem teria alguma solucao >

esse 5200 ja entreguei pro cliente agora estou apanhando com esse 6125 versap 4.20 chip atd ate agora so consegui fazer um 5200 todos que tento fazer'da esse mesmo erro ja tentei de tudo com gns sem gnd e nada da uma olhada
