Here are descriptions of NsPro error messages and solutions for that ewrrors:

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x01) = Smartcard is not detected by windows.
Solutions:
1.Check if smartcard drivers are correctly installed. A new version of smartcard drivers can be found HERE
2.Check if the card is correctly connected into the card reader inside the box.

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x02) = corrupted card
NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x03) = corrupted card

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x04) = damaged card
Solution: Send the card back to reseller or distribuitor [Somente usuários registrados podem ver os links. Clica aqui para se registrar...] for replacement

NsPro box /port not found...
Solution:
Install the drivers from Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver folder from your PC

Runtime error
Solution:
Reinstall last software version and confirm all installation steps.
If problem persist, go to Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver folder and import "Exception.reg" file into windows Regedit tool

Connection Establishing failed 100xx
Solution:
Make sure that you use last NsPro version from [Somente usuários registrados podem ver os links. Clica aqui para se registrar...]
Allow from firewall to NsPro to connect to internet (server) for updating the card.
Or simply disable windows firewall from control panel.You can reactivate firewall after update was completed.


Update not allowed on NsMultiUnlock = you have not buyed NsMultiUnlock activation.
After you buy activation and reseller will activate your card ID on server, you will be able to run the software.

"USB Power Exceed" message on windows when you connect Zxxx phone to NsPro
Solution:
Build and use NsPro Zxxx cable adapter. You can find adapter schematic on NsPro support area.

If
-autoignition feature is not working on your NsPro Box:
-you get "Sorry, an error has occured ! (ERR_COM)" error when trying to flash phones
-phones not connecting, not entering in TAT mode, flashing problems etc...
-Autoignition is indicated by blue led "ON" from NsPro box. The blue les should turn on when any operation is started from NsPro software

The NsPro Box drivers are not correctly installed on your PC

Solution:
Just fallow this tutrial and will solve the driver problems with NsPro Box drivers.

Dont forget to disconnect any other FTDI based box from your PC before starting to update NsPro drivers.

NsPro and JAF driver conflict
Solution
Use THIS driver for JAF and both boxes will work on same PC.

por acaso esta nsbox tem vencimento do cartão porque a minha box parou de trabalha e tem uma mensagem em ingles que diz que ocartão esta inativo que e para colocar outro cartão para ativar.eu ja estalei os drive em dois pc e nada de resolver se vc tiver alguma dica eu te agradeço.obrigaduuuuuuuu.
